- Total turnover - to reach a turnover of EUR 597 thousand by the end of 2020;
- International turnover - to represent at least EUR 241 000 in 2020, or 40% of international turnover;
- Diversification International Markets - achieve international sales by 2020, in the international markets targeted for investment (Angola, Russia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Mexico, United Kingdom and United States);
- Diversification of Internationalisation Sectors - securing international sales to at least 2 more business sectors (other than football) by 2020;
- Diversification of Customer Typology - to guarantee international sales to at least 2 more customer typologies (other than national federations managing the modalities) by 2020;
- International Commercial Team - set up an International Commercial Department, with at least 1 new HR dedicated to the commercial function in the external target markets, by the end of 2017;
- EBITDA/Business Volume - achieve a 33% ratio by the end of 2020.

Organizational innovation and management - Adaptation of business activity to the COVID-19 context. In order to comply with DGS recommendations in the workplace, the company intends to invest in equipment that avoids contact with surfaces, the installation of partitions, implementation of software for dematerialization of processes, as well as regular disinfection of installations.
- This investment is part of a plan to implement standards and safety measures to enable employees to perform their duties in a global pandemic context, the objectives of which are based on two axes: 1st Protection and safety in the workplace; 2nd Minimising travel and contacts with clients without jeopardising the quality and effectiveness of the service provided.
